Heysea is equipped with a professional power test bench, including detection of rising and falling current, temperature detection and setting times for real-time monitoring.

Heysea installed a 60hp power trim&tilt on an EFI 115-horsepower outboard for testing, and successfully broke through more than 12,000 times.

The rated temperature is set at 60 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius to ensure a stable motor data output.

At the same time, check the oil leakage of the cylinder – the situation is stable and there is no oil leakage

The test proves that the Heysea 60hp power trim&tilt can realize the lifting and lowering of the EFI 115-horsepower outboard motor without oil leakage and stable pressure maintenance. The 60hp power trim&tilt can fully meet the jacking force required by a 115-horsepower outboard.
